When I started, I couldn’t run at all. We started with a walk/run routine. Gentle build up to a run. Achieved my first goal of 5km non stop in 8 weeks. Then went crazy and wanted to run the 10km. Khairil got me there in 8 weeks. Sprint repeats and tempo runs had me knackered but I did it. Ran the 10km in 58 minutes.
