Learn yoga asanas and breathing techniques that will help golfers maintain balance, enhance focus and perform better on the course.
Golfers’ swing generate a large amount of torque at the hips. This puts pressure on the back. What’s worse is that they swing only in one direction, depending on whether they are right or left handed. Overworked back and an unbalanced musculature is the result f this sport.
Golfers need plenty of mental focus to get their ball onto the green and into the cup.
Yoga asanas and pranayama will balance and strengthen the body and train golfers to focus on the now.
