Remember Hashim? Last year, he completed the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon’s half marathon.
This year Hashim has set for himself, the ambitious goal to complete the full marathon at the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2019. He will be training with run4life to achieve his goals. The Run4life training programme is a goal based programme. It is based on and adapted from the Furman Institute of Running and Scientific Training (FIRST), Run Less Run Faster. <Click here if you need a coach>
We will chronicle Hashim’s progress here. He is currently in his 5th week of training, which includes repeat sessions, tempo runs and long slow distance sessions.
